Pactera/Blue Fountain Media, an international digital agency which boasts many fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft as a client was looking to relocate their New York office. The company had faired very well during Covid and employees had maintained their productivity while working from home. However, Pactera was looking to leave their Class B building and relocate somewhere that was better suited to meet their corporate clients.
